Panasonic Pacers Easter Charity Run 2021 Postponement Arrangement
Thank you for your support to Panasonic Pacers Easter Charity Run 2021. In view of the current COVID-19 pandemic situation and social distancing measures such as social gathering restrictions are still in force, we have decided to postpone the Panasonic Pacers Easter Charity Run 2021 originally scheduled on 21 March 2021 as health and safety of participants and working staff remain our top priorities.
We have been in close liaison with related government departments and will continue to closely monitor the latest developments of COVID-19. Under feasible and safe condition, we expect that the race could be rescheduled on 12 September 2021.
We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused and thank you for your understanding. Please email to firstname.lastname@example.org if you are not available to join the rescheduled race. A full refund will be arranged within 45 days. (Application fee paid by credit card will be reimbursed to the payment cardholder’s credit card account, and application fee paid by cash or cheque will be reimbursed by a cheque)

Panasonic Pacers Thanksgiving Charity Run 2020 (Virtual Run) Souvenir
Finish Towel, String Bag and Massage Ball will be distributed on 10 to 12 January 2021 (Sunday to Tuesday) at Sportsoho office to participants who completed the race and uploaded the record. (Address: Flat A, 1/F, Wah Mow Factory Building, 202-204 Choi Hung Road, Diamond Hill, Kowloon, Hong Kong) If you are unavailable to pick up the souvenirs in the above-mentioned period, SF-Express delivery can be arranged for you. Panasonic Pacers Thanksgiving Charity Run 2020 Cancellation Arrangement
Thank you for your support in “Panasonic Pacers Thanksgiving Charity Run 2020” originally scheduled on 29 November 2020 (Sunday). We have been constantly reviewing the status of Coronavirus Disease, and hoping the event could be held as scheduled. Unfortunately, in view of the latest situation of Coronavirus Disease, and the health and safety of participants and working staff remain our top priority, we are sorry to announce that this event will be cancelled.
Participants may request a full refund or continue to support this annual event by carrying forward your enrollment fee to “Panasonic Pacers Easter Charity Run 2021”. To thank you for your support, we have prepared a virtual run with fabulous souvenirs, for those participants who with carrying forward their enrollment fee.

Panasonic Pacers Thanksgiving Charity Run 2020(Virtual Run) Event Detail
Distance: Participants customize distance
Route: Participants self-designed route
Regulation: From 25 to 27 December 2020 (Friday to Sunday), participants are required to record the running record of completed target distance accumulated in one or more running sessions at a self-designed route via Apps. (E.g. If you enrolled to a 10KM race, your target distance should be 10KM). Please upload the record or screen capture to specified website on or before 28 December 2020 23:59. Participants who failed to upload within the mandated period or uploaded records with insufficient distance will be disqualified.
Souvenir: Participants who finished and uploaded the record will receive Finish Towel, String Bag and Massage Ball.

Thank you for your support in “Panasonic Pacers Easter Charity Run” originally scheduled on 15 March 2020. The event was postponed due to the Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19) and the rescheduled date has been confirmed. The race will be renamed to “Panasonic Pacers Thanksgiving Charity Run 2020”*. Details of the rescheduled race are as follows:
Date: 29 November 2020 (Sunday)
Venue: Ho Sheung Heung, Sheung Shui
8:00am (Tentative) - Half Marathon Individual
8:10am (Tentative) - 10KM Individual
9:15am (Tentative) - 4KM Individual (Youth Group)
9:45am (Tentative) - 1KM Family Fun Run
*As the race has been rescheduled to the Thanksgiving weekend, the race will be renamed to “Panasonic Pacers Thanksgiving Charity Run”, and to express our sincere gratitude for your continued support after the outbreak of COVID-19. Tentatively application will be opened in the end of May
